Clean the Mug and Wooden Lid with warm soapy water, hand wash only and gently dried. They are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.
